Add toppings and condiments with a nice toasted bun. See ideas below!
We highly recommend finishing on a grill pan (we like this Lodge pan) or under a broiler to get a nice crunch on top.
You can customize these burgers with many variations! Here are some ideas.
Jalapeño popper: Add a diced jalapeño and 2 oz softened goat cheese to mixture. Stuff with 1 tablespoon of goat cheese. Mild spice, loaded with extra flavor!
Southwestern Style: Add pepper jack cheese, sliced avocado, lettuce, tomato, and a spicy chipotle mayo for a flavorful and spicy twist.
Mediterranean: Top with feta cheese, juicy olives, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and a drizzle of tangy tzatziki sauce for a taste of the Mediterranean.
