Toss shrimp in a little olive oil and half the old bay.
1 ½ pounds medium to large shrimp,
Add a drizzle of oil to the dutch oven on medium heat. Once hot, add garlic and shrimp, cook for 1-2 minutes a side. Remove to a plate when mostly opaque but not quite done.
4 cloves garlic,, 1 tablespoon olive oil,
Add the remaining oil, onion, red pepper flake, salt & pepper, and the rest of the old bay to the dutch oven. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
½ cup white wine,, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flake,, Salt & pepper,, 1.5 tablespoons old bay seasoning,, 1 medium onion,
Once onion is slightly softened, deglaze with white wine (if using), then add diced tomatoes, stock, and beans. Adjust heat to a slow simmer and cook 7-10 minutes.
2 cans cannellini beans,, 3 roma tomatoes,, 4 cups good quality chicken stock
Make the toast next, when ready to eat add shrimp back in, cook another 2 minutes.
Old Bay Toast
Heat a saute pan on med-high heat.
Coat 1 side of the bread with mayo (or any other bread lube)
3-6 slices good quality bread, 1 Tablespoon mayo,
Sprinkle with old bay, feel free to do both sides if you like the spice.
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
Cook until nice and golden brown, about 4 minutes a side.
